Job summary

WVU in Morgantown is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join the WVU Cancer Institute. This full-time position splits clinical effort between Thomas Memorial Hospital and Jackson General Hospital. You will provide outpatient care, engage in teaching, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO and have completed necessary residency and fellowship training. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical license.
• Completed internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship.
• Board certified/eligible in hematology and/or oncology at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care.
• Engage in teaching and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Conduct treatment planning and systemic therapy oversight.
