Passages Malibu, a premier addiction treatment center in Malibu, CA, is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our clinical team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, guiding clients toward healthier relationships and long-term recovery.

The role requires a Master’s degree and a valid California LMFT license, with a driver license for local travel. We offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package within a collaborative, 24/7 healthcare

Competenze

• Master’s degree explicitly required.
• Current, valid California LMFT license in good standing.
• Current California Driver License with satisfactory driving record.

Mansioni

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, with emphasis on relational healing.
• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments to identify client needs and treatment priorities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up plans based on each client’s goals and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, and/or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.

Formazione

Master’s degree in Psychology / Social Work / Counseling / Marriage and Family Therapy (or related field)
