Job summary

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Spa Attendant to help create a serene, luxurious environment for guests from arrival to departure. You will warmly welcome guests, handle spa service bookings, and assist with sauna, steam, and other amenities to ensure a smooth, relaxing visit.

The ideal candidate has guest-service experience; spa or salon exposure is a bonus. You must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred.
• Prior experience in a spa or salon setting is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas in tidy, sanitary condition.
• Assist guests in booking spa services and guide them to appointments and use of spa amenities.
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products.

THE JOB:

As a Spa Attendant, you’ll help create a serene and luxurious environment from the moment guests arrive. With your warm welcome, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness, you’ll ensure every visit is smooth, relaxing, and memorable. Working closely with the team, you’ll play a key role in delivering the exceptional experience that defines The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain spa facilities and locker areas ensuring they are well stocked, and in tidy and sanitary condition at all times
• Assist guests in the booking of spa services via spa software, direct guests to their appointments and assist them with theuse of sauna, steam, whirlpools, and other spa amenities
• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
• Prior experience is spa or salon setting is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older
