The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Retail Sales Associate to support daily store operations, assist guests with a warm, professional approach, and lead by example to ensure an on-brand shopping experience. You will help maintain stock, drive sales, and report improvement opportunities to Retail Management.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must be at least 21 years old.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
• Achieve store goals.
• Assist Sales Associates with questions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
