Job summary

The Four Seasons Maui is seeking a part-time Male Spa Attendant to maintain spa cleanliness and prepare locker rooms, lounges, and related facilities. You will respond to guest inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring high standards of service in a relaxing, luxury environment.

Applicants should have at least six months in hospitality or fitness-related work, demonstrate exceptional guest service, and show urgency in addressing guest requests.

• Set up and maintain spa areas including locker rooms, work out areas, lounges and games room.

• Ensure compliance with daily checklists (opening/closing, sanitizing, equipment safety) and report maintenance needs.

Male Spa Attendant

Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, relaxation lounges, work out areas, tennis, croquet and games room. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures. This role is part of the Administrative & General Division, reporting to the Spa Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Set-up and maintain spa including: locker rooms, work out areas, relaxation lounges and games room.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Ensure compliance of daily checklists (opening/closing, sanitizing, equipment safety, tennis court maintenance, supply reorders, etc) by walking and inspecting all spa areas to ensure they are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to guarantee high quality presentation and that necessary repairs are reported to Hotel Expert.

What You Will Bring

• Six months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work.

• Ability to multi-task all required tasks.
