Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in the United States seeks a Spa/Salon Supervisor to oversee staff, enforce policies, and ensure guest satisfaction across spa and gym areas.

Qualifications

• Two to five years customer service experience with at least one year of spa fitness experience preferred.

• Bi-lingual helpful.
• Basic knowledge of spa software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Spa/Salon staff to ensure adherence to company and Spa policies and procedures.
• Instruct new hires on role expectations and responsibilities.
• Check guests in and out of spa/salon facility and provide tours.
• Provide beverages, towels, robes, and slippers to guests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions.
• Ensure all services are completed promptly within time allotted.
• Maintain professional and courteous behavior toward guests and employees.
• Discard soiled linen and restock clean linen as needed.
• Pick up linen from dock and push/pull linen carts to required areas.
• Stock water and juices in spa area and oversee gym needs.
• Monitor gym cleanliness and reorganize weights and equipment as needed.
• Maintain overall appearance of the spa/salon.
• Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary.
