Always Best Care Senior Services - Midlothian is seeking dedicated male Personal Care Assistants to provide in-home care to our senior clients in Midlothian, VA. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure comfort and safety in clients' homes.

Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, mobility support, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Male candidates preferred for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Support clients with medication reminders and simple housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors.
• Maintain client dignity and respect at all times.
• Develop a trusting relationship with clients and their families.
