Responsible for the efficient and responsible operation of the drug testing program.
Position is supervised by Clinic Practice Manager and/or another member of the management team.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Peer Recovery Support Specialist credentials preferred but not required.
Must display proficiency in Microsoft Office software, or equivalent and intermediate general computer skills. Must possess and use daily professional communication skills, verbally and in writing. Must be able to comprehend and interpret verbal and written instructions. Must be able to multi-task and stay organized while working with frequent interruptions.
Must be able to bend, stoop, climb stairs, move about facilities freely, must have upward and downward mobility for filing, and finger dexterity to operate office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands.
Must be able to sit for extended periods and have excellent speech and hearing to communicate with people face-to-face and by telephone. The employee is frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Must complete all NorthCare required training within 30 days of employment with NorthCare. Must have TB test within 12 months prior to employment with NorthCare or obtain within 30 days of employment with NorthCare.
