A Better Solution In Home Care in Bothell, WA is seeking caregivers to join our team for compassionate in-home care. We tailor schedules to fit each caregiver's skills and client needs, offering a supportive environment and ongoing training.

Position focuses on companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation, with shift hours Wednesday through Sunday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM to support client activities and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed/certified CNA/HCA or willing to become licensed within 200 days of hire.
• Driver’s License and proof of insurance or reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check and have at least 2 positive professional references.
• Reliable and punctual (must show up, not call out).
• Caring and compassionate with a passion for caregiving.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Previous caregiver experience preferred but training available.

A Better Solution In Home Care has been helping individuals and families with their care needs since 2005. We are seeking caregivers to join our amazing care team! We work personally with each caregiver’s schedule and skill set to make good client/caregiver matches.

Our client is located in Bothell, requires a male caregiver, preferably older. The family is requesting caregiver services Wednesday through Sunday from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM to provide companionship and additional support when needed. Requested caregiver duties include companionship, light housekeeping, answering the phone, running errands, transportation to appointments, and assisting with loading and unloading clients electric scooter as needed.
