Job summary

SquadStack is seeking a Malayalam Linguistic Expert to adapt bot scripts and prompts from Hindi/English into natural Malayalam. You will test the bot end to end and audit it after go-live to ensure it sounds right and handles real conversations properly.

Deliverables include translated scripts, a test report with issues and corrections, and daily post-testing audits. The role requires 2+ years in Malayalam linguistic work for voice bots, strong Malayalam fluency, and ability to work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Malayalam linguistic work for voice bots, IVR, or chatbots.
• Strong reading, writing and speaking skills in Malayalam, including colloquial forms.
• Good command of Hindi and/or English to understand source content.
• Experience testing or auditing voice/chat bots is strongly preferred.
• Detail-oriented with reliable independent work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate scripts and prompts from Hindi/English into natural Malayalam.
• Test bot end-to-end across use cases and audit for pronunciation, tone and flow.
• Log issues with clear Malayalam alternatives and track progress.
• Audit live bot calls post-go-live and flag recurring errors.
• Re-test after fixes to confirm resolution and share updates.
