Language Services Associates is seeking Malayalam interpreters in the Bensalem, PA area to join our network of Independently Contracted Interpreters. You will facilitate language communication for LEP communities across various settings and assignments.

Responsibilities include providing superior customer service, adhering to the Code of Professional Conduct, following policies and procedures, meeting client clearance requirements, reporting on-site to assignments promptly, and having access to

Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Malayalam.
• The ability to provide a high level of client service.
• 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service.
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices.
• Adhere to clearance requirements as requested by clients.
• Report on site to any accepted assignments in a timely manner.
