Improv Arena is recruiting native Malagasy speakers to perform short scripted scenes with assigned emotions. The recordings are licensed to AI labs to train voice models. Compensation is up to $10 per hour in Madagascar, paid in coins with a conversion rate of 1000 coins = $1.

You can work from home with flexible hours and daily earning caps. Bonuses or incentives are not specified. Ready participants should have a quiet environment and a USB microphone for the voice check.

Pay: Up to $10/hr for speakers in Madagascar, earned as coins (1,000 coins = $1) and cashed out via PayPal, Venmo or gift cards; daily earning caps apply.

You need: adults 18+, a quiet room and a microphone (a USB mic on a stand is recommended), and a short voice check when you start. Work from home, any hours.
