Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; hospitality/retail experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to convey messages clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Restock inventory and maintain clean, organized store floors and stations.
• Process transactions through the POS system and handle inquiries.
