Job summary

Buff City Soap is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy Makery and deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive store performance, coach a team, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a positive, customer-centric atmosphere. The role requires coordinating daily activities, monitoring inventory, and supporting management in achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• College education preferred but not required.
• Management and/or sales experience preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Skilled Trainer, motivator, and leadership qualities desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Manage daily Makery operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in all operations, including client-centric service and meeting sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean Makery environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to improve performance.
• Manage and track stock of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory and assist with Makery Manager duties.
