Join to apply for the Makery Associate Full Time role at Buff City Soap.

This position will be based out of the Elizabethtown, KY Support Center Makery, reporting to the Director of Retail Products. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively, possess good organizational skills, and handle multiple projects in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Produce handmade, plant-based bath and body care products from various recipes and ingredients.
  • Operate machinery efficiently and adhere to material handling procedures.
  • Maintain product knowledge and production skills to meet quality and shipment goals.
  • Collaborate with the manager to schedule production accordingly.
  • Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the commissary.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld during production.
  • Conduct quality control on all products before shipping.
  • Work with team members to resolve production issues.
  • Meet production deadlines consistently.
  • Communicate professionally with management.
  • Use good judgment in a self-driven environment.
  • Prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
  • Work approximately 40-45 hours per week, five days a week.
