Job summary

Trucking Group Utah is seeking a local CDL-A driver for a dedicated fleet based around Henderson/Denver, CO. This role offers daily home resets, a around-the-clock schedule, and a strong pay package backed by corporate health benefits.

You will operate a temperature-controlled, local reefer run with manual and electric unloads, taking pallets to store freezers. Expect a Sunday–Thursday workweek with 6:00 PM dispatches and 10–12 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months Class-A tractor-trailer experience in past 6 months.
• Able to physically unload palletized product up to 85 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine screens.

Responsibilities

We are immediately filling day-cab slots on a dedicated temperature-controlled fleet operating across the Denver metro area. • THE PAY & EARNINGS BREAKDOWN: Pull down a dependable gross average of $1,538.46 per week ( $80,000 yearly average ). Your activity-based mileage rate scales from $0.63 to $0.67 CPM (with scheduled +0.01 CPM annual increases). Stack up extra revenue with $29 per stop , $5 load pay , $200 holiday pay , $15/hr breakdown and trailer move/washout pay , plus regular safety bonus opportunities. Orientation pays $200/day.
• THE ROUTE & FREIGHT SPECS: Local dedicated reefer dispatches running a 300-mile local radius out of the Denver hub (hauling palletized frozen product from Ft. Morgan, CO to Commerce City, CO drop yards). Physical Unload Details: Hands‑on physical delivery—drivers offload palletized product directly into store freezers using electric pallet jacks, dollies, and liftgates (box weights range from 10 to 85 lbs). Drives automatic slip‑seat day cabs.
• SHIFT & SCHEDULE ROUTINE: Daily Home Resets: Work your daily local run and sleep in your own bed every night! Operates on a Sunday through Thursday workweek with evening dispatch slots starting at 6:00 PM (shifts run 10–12 hours daily).
• QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING: Open strictly to drivers holding a minimum of 3 months of Class‑A tractor‑trailer experience within the past 6 months. Must be physically able to handle heavy unloading (up to 85 lbs). Clean results on mandatory pre‑employment dual‑panel hair follicle and urine toxicology screens are required.
