Trucking Group UTAH is seeking a CDL-A local driver for a dedicated fleet operating around Henderson/Denver, CO. This role features a 300-mile local radius, daily home time, and a steady schedule hauling temperature-controlled freight.

CDL-A Local Dedicated Fleet | Henderson/Denver, CO Hub | Daily Home Resets | $80,000 Yearly Avg

Looking for a high-earning local seat that keeps you moving and brings you home to your own bed every single day? We are immediately filling day-cab slots on a dedicated temperature-controlled fleet operating across the Denver metro area. Combine steady local miles, strong weekly checks, and complete corporate health benefits.

• THE PAY & EARNINGS BREAKDOWN: Pull down a dependable gross average of $1,538.46 per week ($80,000 yearly average). Your activity-based mileage rate scales from $0.63 to $0.67 CPM (with scheduled +0.01 CPM annual increases). Stack up extra revenue with $29 per stop, $5 load pay, $200 holiday pay, $15/hr breakdown and trailer move/washout pay, plus regular safety bonus opportunities. Orientation pays $200/day.


• THE ROUTE & FREIGHT SPECS: Local dedicated reefer dispatches running a 300-mile local radius out of the Denver hub (hauling palletized frozen product from Ft. Morgan, CO to Commerce City, CO drop yards). Physical Unload Details: Hands-on physical delivery—drivers offload palletized product directly into store freezers using electric pallet jacks, dollies, and liftgates (box weights range from 10 to 85 lbs). Drives automatic slip-seat day cabs.


• SHIFT & SCHEDULE ROUTINE: Daily Home Resets: Work your daily local run and sleep in your own bed every night! Operates on a Sunday through Thursday workweek with evening dispatch slots starting at 6:00 PM (shifts run 10–12 hours daily).


• QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING: Open strictly to drivers holding a minimum of 3 months of Class-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 6 months. Must be physically able to handle heavy unloading (up to 85 lbs). Clean results on mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology screens are required.
