POSITION Overview

Weekly Revenue: $1,300 to $1,500 average weekly gross (productivity top-tier reaching up to $1,800/week)

Home Time Rhythm: Home weekly resets (once every 7 days)

Experience Mandate: Experienced Drivers Only ( No Trainees ). Requires 6 months OTR in the last 12 months OR 12 months in the past 5 years

Operating Area: Western regional corridors covering ID, MT, OR, UT, and WA along I-5, I-15, I-84, and I-90

• Overview: Secure a high-density regional dry van seat dispatching out of the West Valley City terminal (ZIP 84120 hiring radius). Move steady regional freight across major Western lanes while securing weekly home resets and dependable pay guarantees.
• Pay Scale & Guarantees: Choose between base rates starting at $0.50 CPM (6-month pay band) or the enhanced regional package at $0.55 CPM plus DPP , bringing weekly gross checks to $1,300-$1,800 based on productivity. Backed by a 3-month wage guarantee following your first solo run, $15 per stop , and monthly driver performance bonuses.
• Routine & Mileage: Log 1,900 to 2,200 weekly miles handling a versatile mix of drop-and-hooks, preloads, live loads, and live store drops. Lanes are optimized for high regional density across the Intermountain West to ensure consistent wheel time.
• Qualifications & Screening: Open strictly to verified experienced drivers residing within 250 miles of West Valley City, UT (including southern Idaho hiring zones). Passing mandatory pre-employment dual-panel hair follicle and urine toxicology screens is strictly required.
