About the Make Ready Technician Role:
The Make Ready Technician maintains the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. Responsibilities include preparing vacant apartments for new residents and completing resident service requests as directed by the Lead Service Technician. The role requires compliance with company and community operating policies, safety procedures, and adherence to federal, state, and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
