Job summary

AMLI is seeking a Make Ready Technician / Painter for a luxury high-rise lease-up in Denver's Golden Triangle. You will prepare apartment homes for new residents by performing light maintenance, drywall repairs, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance fixes.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated apartments, recording turn requirements, meeting readiness standards, and assisting with lock changes, trash-out, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment maintenance or maintenance/repair role.
• Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Record unit turn requirements in Onesite/Facilities.
• Meet quality standards for unit readiness and inventory.
• Perform drywall repairs, full and touch-up painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Replace or repair windows, screens, doors, shelves, baseboards, lights, and more.
• Assist with painting and exterior repairs.
• Make new keys and manage lock changes.
• Help with trash-out and moving bulky items.
• Report supply needs to management.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
