Job summary

AMLI in Denver's Golden Triangle is seeking a detail‑oriented Make Ready Technician / Painter to prepare apartments for new residents. You will perform light repairs, final touch‑ups, and ensure each home is clean, functional, and move‑in ready.

Responsibilities include inspecting vacated units, recording turn requirements in Onesite/Facilities, meeting quality standards, drywall repairs, painting, and basic electrical/plumbing/carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or maintenance/repair role.
• Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability; capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Record unit turn requirements in Onesite/Facilities.
• Meet quality standards for unit readiness and inventory.
• Perform drywall repairs, painting, and basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Replace or repair windows, screens, doors, shelves, baseboards, lights, and more.
• Assist with painting and exterior repairs.
• Make new keys and manage lock changes.
• Help with trash-out and moving bulky items.
• Report supply needs to management.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
