Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech at Shadow Ridge to perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance to prepare vacants for move-ins. You will install and rekey locks, respond to service requests promptly, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced property environment.

You should have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.
