Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech for the Summercrest Burleson property. This on-site role focuses on preparing vacant apartments for market-ready move-ins, performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks to ensure units are rental-ready.

You will also install and rekey locks and uphold safety standards while working with the maintenance team to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, painting, and grounds care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain company safety standards.
