Texas Inter-Faith Management/40i is seeking a full-time Make-Ready Tech/Grounds keeper for our property in Friendswood, TX. The role requires proactive, self-motivated individuals with experience in landscaping, painting, apartment turnover maintenance, and HVAC/EPA knowledge. Schedule is Monday-Friday, with weekend availability and on-call duties. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience as an apartment maintenance technician or similar role.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical repair, painting, appliance repair and drywall.
• Self-starter, able to work independently; valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs and daily maintenance of buildings and equipment.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and daily work orders.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants promptly.
• Handle plumbing fixtures and electrical repairs.
• Perform interior painting and drywall work.
• Maintain HVAC/EPA systems and carpentry repairs.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours and safety compliance.
