Job summary

Winfield Property Management is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will ensure units are cleaned, repaired, and maintained to high standards, contributing to a positive living experience.

Responsibilities include painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC checks, preventative maintenance, cleaning, grounds upkeep, and on-call emergency response to protect property and residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Pool certification, EPA certification, HVAC certification, Fair Housing Training preferred.

Education and Experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
