GCI Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for the Settler's Landing community in Streetsboro, Ohio. You will support light maintenance, landscape duties, and ensure units are prepared to meet company standards while complying with relevant laws and safety guidelines.

You will collaborate withMaintenance staff to ensure Make Ready Units meet electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance, keys and locks requirements and provide excellent customer service

Competenze

• General Maintenance experience/Knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical preferred
• Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships
• Demonstrate thoroughness, self-motivation and organization when accomplishing tasks
• Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and on-call hours as needed

Mansioni

• Responsible for light maintenance, i.e., 'trashing' vacant apartments, removing carpet, etc.
• Responsible for light landscaping duties, i.e., weeding, watering, planting flowers, etc.
• Routinely inspects and maintains buildings and property to ensure appearance of the community is consistent with company standards and any applicable federal, state and local laws
• Assist Maintenance staff in ensuring Make Ready Units are consistent with the basic principles of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall, appliance, keys and locks
• Snow removal when needed
• Provides high quality customer service according to GCI’s customer service principles in order to maximize resident retention

What you'll do:

Requirements
