Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Bluestem at Loyola, part of our fast-growing portfolio. You will inspect vacated apartments, complete make-ready checklists, and ensure work orders meet Hilltop standards while assisting with building and common area maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of maintenance experience, flexible weekends, on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, a valid driver's license, and EPA or HVAC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
• EPA license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Complete make-readies equal to Hilltop Residential standards.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance with Hilltop Residential standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Inspect vacant apartments for damage to walls, doors, blinds, lights, and plumbing fixtures.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.
• Must be able to paint.
• Assist in keeping grounds neat and free of litter.
