Job summary

Winfield Property Management is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartment units for new residents. You will ensure units are cleaned, repaired, and maintained to meet high standards of quality and appeal, with attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities include painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC touch-ups, preventative maintenance, cleaning, trash removal, and on-site repairs to protect the property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Pool certification, EPA certification, HVAC certification, Fair Housing Training preferred.

Education and Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 pounds at a time.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
