Revised personnel on-site team is seeking an Apartment Make-Ready Technician to turn vacant units into clean, safe, move-in-ready homes. You will collaborate with property management and the maintenance crew to complete turns and ensure each unit meets our standards.

The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a dependable, detail-oriented work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment make-ready or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment make-ready turns before resident move-ins.
• Perform basic maintenance repairs including painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, minor electrical work, appliance checks, door and lock repairs.
• Replace fixtures, blinds, and hardware when needed.
• Ensure apartments are clean and meet company standards.
• Walk units with management to identify needed repairs.
• Remove trash and debris from vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist maintenance team with additional property needs when required.

Position Title: Apartment Make-Ready Technician

Salary - $16 hr

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Apartment Make-Ready Technician to help prepare apartment homes for new residents. This position is responsible for turning vacant units into clean, safe, and move-in-ready homes while working closely with property management and maintenance teams.

• Complete apartment make-ready turns before resident move-ins
