CAF Management - Ava is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. You’ll complete repairs, cleaning, and inspections to ensure units meet quality standards and leave a strong first impression.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic apartment repairs, painting, drywall, and hardware.
• Able to manage time and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Availability to work Saturdays; flexible weekday schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments by completing repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Inspect units to ensure systems and appliances work.
• Replace fixtures, hardware, screens, locks, blinds.
• Report major repairs to Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager.
• Support maintenance team with curb appeal projects.
• Maintain make-ready timelines to support leasing goals.
• Keep area organized and manage supply inventory.
