North Shore Gardens is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prep apartments and keep common areas inviting. You’ll handle maintenance tasks with care, from painting and light electrical to plumbing and HVAC, while coordinating with residents and team members.

Join a hands-on, supportive team where training is provided and on-call readiness is part of the role. A reliable vehicle and flexible weekend availability help you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–5 years hands-on maintenance experience.
• EPA certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and on-call shifts.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call shifts
