Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks.
• Inspect units for quality and ensure all systems and appliances are working properly.
• Replace light fixtures, hardware, screens, locks, blinds, and other standard items.
• Report major repair needs to the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager.
• Support the maintenance team with curb appeal projects and minor work orders.
• Ensure make-ready timelines are met to support leasing goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized make-ready area and supply inventory.

You’ll ensure each unit meets our quality standards by completing repairs, cleaning touch-ups, and detailed inspections—helping create a strong first impression that reflects the care we put into our communities.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing basic repairs, painting, and cleaning tasks
• Inspect units for quality and ensure all systems and appliances are working properly
