BG Staffing, Inc. is hiring a Make Ready Technician for a residential community in Akron, Ohio. The role pays $20 per hour and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 1-hour lunch, starting ASAP on a contract-to-hire basis.

The ideal candidate has apartment turnover or maintenance experience, can perform basic repairs, and lift up to 50 lbs. This is a dependable, long-term opportunity with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies/turns)
• Perform basic repairs including painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and electrical
• Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
• Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to occupancy
• Maintain cleanliness of units and work areas
• Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned
