Welcome Home Management (WHM) is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Adelphi Dallas property in Dallas, TX. You will prepare rental units by performing repairs, painting, drywall, plumbing or electrical tasks to ensure units are clean and ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Make Ready Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rental units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Clean and prepare rental units for new tenants.
• Ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate with property managers and maintenance team to coordinate work schedules.

We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician at ourAdelphi Dallasproperty located in Dallas, TX.
