Job summary

Long-Term Care Remodeling is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals in carpentry (multi-trade or make-ready) or individuals with some knowledge who are eager to learn. The role involves interior demolition, site clean-up, general construction, and use of power and hand tools.

You may be required to work out of town and must uphold attendance and teamwork standards. Pay includes a 40-hour work week, with direct deposit processing on Tuesdays; benefits include per diem when working out of

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• Maintain attendance and punctuality (No call, no show, or showing up late leads to termination).

• Basic construction knowledge.

• Safety awareness.
• Ability to withstand working circumstances.
• Ability to load and unload construction material (up to 50-75 lbs).

We are a Commercial Remodeling Construction Company servicing areas throughout Texas, with our extensive expertise, specializing in the remodeling of nursing homes and rehabilitation centers.

We are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals in carpentry (multi-trade or make-ready) and/or individuals with some knowledge and experience, but are eager to learn, so they may acquire more of both. If you are interested or have any questions about the position contact our office.

Office hours are 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday.

Benefits

• Per Diem when working out of town. (handed out Monday mornings)


• After a 90-day probation, you will be eligible for health insurance (Company responsibility is 90% and employee responsibility is 10%) if accepting.

This is a full-time position consisting of a 40-hour week, Monday through Friday. Pay is through Direct Deposit transferred on Tuesdays.
