Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Dallas is seeking a Make Ready technician to join our family-owned team. This full-time role focuses on timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensuring our properties look their best for residents.

You will handle painting, carpentry, HVAC/electrical tasks, carpet cleaning, and general upkeep across our community, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm schedule. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC, pool and electrical certifications preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and be accountable for delivering on commitments to residents.
• Assist in maintaining the community and Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas.
• Repairs may include painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, drywall repairs, tile replacement.
• Assist the community in the cleanliness of the grounds.
• Performs exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance and repair, signage installation and removal.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.

We are accepting resumes for an experiencedMake Readyto join our team. We are a beautiful A+ property in the heart of Dallas, Texas and looking to hire ASAP.

The right individual for this position embraces the value of a solid day's work, can commit to a full-time schedule, possesses experience in maintenance repairs, and values being an essential part of a team.

The Make Readywill perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve all buildings, equipment and site at peak level of operation and appearance, at a reasonable level of expense. Performs direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the property.

Responsibilities include:

• The Make Readyprovides support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents.
• Assist in maintaining the community and assists others in the completion of Make-Ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common areas of the property.
• Repairs maybe consist of painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, drywall repairs, both vinyl and ceramic tile replacement, etc.
• Assist the community in the cleanliness of the grounds
• Performs various functions such as exterior light bulb replacement, grounds equipment maintenance and repair, installation and removal of external signage and decorations
• Maintains grounds, pools/ hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities to keep them clean, operational, and safe for our residents

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalency.
• Bilingual Preferred
• At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience is required
• HVAC, pool and electrical certifications preferred, but not required.
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
