Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician for our Fort Worth, TX community – Woodmont. Under supervision, you will perform maintenance, cleaning, and refurbishing of apartments to ensure curb appeal and quality living spaces.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, safety awareness, recording tasks, and assisting with renovations, with opportunities for training and advancement within a respected, award-winning employer.

Qualifications

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
• Assist with refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed.
• Provide support in Community Manager duties in the Supervisor's absence.
