Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech in Prosper, Texas. The role focuses on keeping grounds, amenities, and curb appeal in excellent condition to attract residents. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and preparation tasks for vacant units, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Compensation is $22 per hour. RAM Partners offers PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and disability coverage after one year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Current CPO certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily and remove trash, debris, and pet waste to meet standards.
• Operate trash compactor and remove items from vacant apartments.
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas.
• Maintain sidewalks and building access in all weather conditions.
• Complete minor service tickets and service requests.
• Provide professional resident, staff, and vendor interactions.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Support manager with additional duties as assigned.

Overview

Orion Proper is looking for a Make Ready Tech who thrives off using their attention to detail by maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards
• Runs the trash compactor
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas
• In inclement weather, perform tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazards
• Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Current Certification inCPO or agree to become certified within 3 months of employment
