Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal across multifamily properties. You will support trash removal, pressure washing, and minor maintenance while delivering professional resident service.

We offer competitive pay with bonuses per property commission and a vested team culture. This on-site role requires a valid driver's license, basic MS Office skills, and a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and legal work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds daily and maintain curb appeal to attract residents.
• Perform trash removal, pressure washing, and routine service tasks.
• Keep sidewalks and entryways safe in all weather conditions.
• Respond to work orders and assist with minor maintenance.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $19 to $22 per hour

Overview

We’re looking for people who thrive off using their attention to detail by maintaining the grounds, amenities, and overall curb appeal to attract new residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects grounds daily and removes trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards
• Runs the trash compactor
• Remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments
• Pressure wash breezeways and common areas
• In inclement weather, perform tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazards
• Complete assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
