Responsibilities:

Inspection and Assessment:

Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units to identify maintenance and repair needs.

Assess the condition of walls, ceilings, floors, fixtures, appliances, and other components.

Document any damages or issues that require attention and report findings to management.

Maintenance and Repair:

Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to address issues identified during inspections.

Repair or replace damaged drywall, baseboards, doors, and trim.

Patch and paint walls and ceilings to ensure a fresh and clean appearance.

Repair or replace flooring materials such as carpet, vinyl, tile, or hardwood.

Install or repair fixtures including lights, faucets, toilets, and sinks.

Address plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, or fixture malfunctions.

Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical problems.

Ensure that all appliances are in good working condition.

Cleaning and Preparation:

Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, and appliances.

Remove debris and trash from the unit.

Ensure that windows, blinds, and screens are clean and in good condition.

Sweep, mop, or vacuum floors as needed.

Ensure that all areas of the unit are thoroughly cleaned and presentable.

Final Inspection:

Conduct a final walkthrough of the unit to ensure that all maintenance and cleaning tasks have been completed to company standards.

Address any remaining issues or touch-ups as needed.

Communication and Coordination:

Communicate effectively with property management and leasing staff regarding unit readiness and scheduling.

Coordinate with maintenance team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Report any supply needs or equipment malfunctions to management in a timely manner.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
