Job summary

Lynco Properties is hiring for Full Time Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Techs in Wichita. Must have experience and be a team player with reliable transportation and own tools. Pay is $18.00-$22.00 per hour and includes benefits.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacants for move-in, and performing repairs to ensure occupancy. Weekend on-call availability required and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of property maintenance experience required.
• Must be a team player and dependable.
• Must have reliable transportation and own tools.
• On-call and weekend availability required.
• Pay is based on skill and experience; benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and other community maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Make-readies: painting, fixtures and appliances replacement.
• Review make-ready board with manager directions.
• Enter occupied apartments to perform repairs.
• Make all repairs and replacements for occupancy.
• Order maintenance materials with approval of the Property Manager.
• On-call availability.
• Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
