Weinstein Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready in Atlanta, GA, to join a stable, long-term team. The role focuses on turning over vacant units, assisting with work orders, and maintaining ground areas to uphold a well-maintained community.

The position emphasizes a strong customer service mindset, independence, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. EPA certification is a plus and there is on-call scheduling.”

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments.
• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed.
• Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.
