Job summary

Weinstein Properties in Atlanta seeks a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready for a full-time role to complete make-ready tasks and keep the community well-maintained. You will handle work orders and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth property operations.

Must have at least 1 year of apartment maintenance experience, a customer-service mindset, and be comfortable using Outlook and work order systems on computers and mobile devices.

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round.

Job Description Maintenance Technician – Make Ready

Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician - Make Ready to join our team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

• Additional $150 per holiday on-call


• Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)

• Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
