Qualifications

1+ year property maintenance experience (2+ preferred).
Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair and systems diagnostics.
Excellent problem-skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

Complete resident work orders in a timely, customer-focused manner (within 24 hours when possible).
Execute preventative maintenance plans and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and equipment upkeep.
Prepare apartments for new residents.
Assist with groundskeeping and curb appeal as needed.

Your Role: Apartment Make Ready Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Make Ready Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community to ensure a safe, attractive, and fully functional living environment for our residents. You’ll work closely with the Property Director and Maintenance team to anticipate and resolve maintenance issues, respond to service requests promptly, and complete make-readies to the highest standard.
