The position requires 2–4 years of practical experience, on-call availability, and the ability to work across Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area. Make-ready tasks and basic knowledge of pools, plumbing, and electrical systems are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of practical maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on-call and perform make-ready tasks.
• Good understanding of pools, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of parts, supplies and equipment.
• Provide support to maintenance staff.
• Participate in quarterly property inspections.
• Remove trash from outside each shift.
• Assist Lead Maintenance as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents.
• May work at other Foundation Communities properties in the Austin area as needed.
• On-call as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
