Parkside Place Apartments in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Make Ready / Ticket Runner to prepare apartments for market readiness and support maintenance tasks on-site. You will perform turnover repairs, assist with grounds upkeep, and ensure a clean, welcoming community for residents.

The role involves cleaning, light maintenance, and providing standout customer service to residents, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is required.

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry work, repair appliances, A/C repairs, and electrical.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
