Job summary

Barge Properties Management's Parker Apartments in Tyler, TX is seeking a Make Ready/Maintenance Staff member to promptly respond to resident maintenance requests, perform routine upkeep, and help ensure move-in readiness. You will work on-site, maintain safety standards, manage inventory, assist with preventative maintenance, and support unit turns to keep apartments market-ready.
