Atlantic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Tech-Helper C for SCIO @ Medical District in Chicago, IL. The role supports routine upkeep of the apartment community, amenities, and surrounding areas to maintain a welcoming on-site environment.

The position runs 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Sunday through Thursday, with benefits including health and other insurance options, paid vacation and holidays, and 401(k). This is a hands-on maintenance role emphasizing safety, teamwork, and quality curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building/grounds maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, models, amenities daily or as directed.
• Maintain grounds, exteriors, parking lots, and common areas.
• Assist in cleaning and preparation of units for turnover.
• Perform weather prep and clean-up as needed.
• Organize supplies cost-effectively and maintain inventory.
• Ensure vacant homes look market-ready.
• Assist in make-ready tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Inspect community to remove litter and debris throughout the day.
