A leading property management company seeks a Custodian for its Princeton location. The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of community areas, assisting with maintenance tasks, and ensuring safety protocols. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
Summary: The Custodian reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and indirectly to the Community Manager. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of community models, vacant units and public access areas including office, clubhouse, restrooms, fitness centers, business center and common halls as well as cleaning and maintaining exterior appearance, as required. Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents, as required.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED. Minimum of one-month related experience or training.
