Job summary

The Liberty Group in Wisconsin is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Make Ready (Turn) Technicians to prepare vacant units for move-in. Pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, depending on experience. Required: 6+ months apartment make-ready/turn experience, valid government-issued ID, reliable transportation, own basic tools, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Preferred: painting/drywall repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns to bring vacant units to “market-ready” / move-in condition.
• Perform make-ready tasks including (as needed): painting, sheetrock repair, punch work, minor flooring/vinyl tile, and trash-outs.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas/grounds during turns.
• Work efficiently to meet turn timelines and quality standards.
• Provide professional customer service when interacting with residents and onsite teams.
